The “whole body” approach can have so many different interpretations. When I think of a whole body approach it goes beyond looking at the “whole physical being”. While the physical presentation of the body provides very valuable information, the inner being provides so much more. The connection of our physical presentation to what drives us from within is imperative to our success in all aspects of our life.
